For different industrial sectors, the workpieces are required for assembly in so-called blister belts. In most cases, the parts cannot be packed directly during production for economic reasons, but are oriented as bulk material by a feeder in the correct position and then packed in a blister belt.
Thanks to their compact design, Havemo feeders can usually be placed directly in the automatic taping machine. This brings the transfer position as close as possible to the belt. This facilitates the transfer to the belt.
The interface between the feeder and the belt is also very well suited for camera inspections.
